Yes it is, The first #twrp for #Redmi 9 / Redmi 9 prime ( #Lancelot ) Officially supported by pitchblack recovery project.
It's can be installed by #Fastboot and Adb tools with Unlocked Bootloader
It's still beta but works fine and keep an eye it's get updates on period times
